Dakotah Franks: Reading Bucket List

  1.  The Rise of Nine:by Pitticus Lore, Previously I have read I am Number 4, and the second in the series The Power of Six. The earlier books in the series have been super interesting and have kept me on the edge of my seat throughout the entire book. Personally I believe That Pitticus Lore is a spectacular science fiction author and this book should have its fair share of excitement and solve some answers I still have from the first two books in the series.
  2. Speak: by Laurie Halse Anderson, This book was discovered through my English teacher who spoke highly of the author and specifically this book. When told about this book it incited my mind to wonder how a teenager could bear the challenge of not speaking, and what made her not speak, and finally what made he decide to speak again and what she has to say to the world.
  3. The Mortal Instruments(3Books):by Casandra Clare, Throughout my high school years I am always hearing my peers talking about these books. Being so popular with others my age I trust that the series is as good as it is told to by and would enjoy discovering what all the hype is about. Also I think that the fantasy aspect of this series will incite the imagination.
  4. Clockwork Angel:by Casandra Clare, These books are placed before The Mortal Instruments I feel that after reading this series there will be some questions left unanswered and that the author will answer a majority of the questions will adding a few more.I believe that if The Mortal Instruments is as interesting as it is told to be I will enjoy this prequel to the series also by Casandra Clare.
  5. Clockwork Prince: by Casandra Clare, Also by Casandra Clare, and second in a series that is set before The Mortal Instruments I honestly think that with all the hype that is surrounding this author she will not disappoint me with any of her books and that reading this will not disappoint me.
  6. The Lord of the Rings(3 books):by J.R.R Tolkien, The movies of this series are extremely entertaining and being the book its already much better than the movie. Also one of my favorite genre of books is the fantasy style and The Lord of the Rings evokes a feel oft fantasy. Being a fairly large book i feel that with all the space it takes up it must have a uncanny amount of detail.
